Baby Album

I made this baby album mostly using the New Arrival cartridge. The cover of the album is chipboard that I covered in circle and stars paper then secured it along with the inside pages with my Bind-It-All. I added coordinating ribbon to the binding ring and added a string of alphabet letters spelling out Paxton.

This was alot of work and took a long time to make but it was worth it. I really I like the way it turned out.

St. Louis Zoo Album

Last year we went to the St. Louis Zoo with our son, his girlfriend and one of my nieces. I wanted to make my first, from scratch album, using the pictures from this trip.

This album cover was made from those 8 1/2" x 11" cardboard sheets that you get in a ream of paper. You can also use chipboard, cereal boxes, any type of thin cardboard. I covered the front and back with the leopard cardstock and all of the inside cardstock was black. I used my Bind-It-All to secure the cover and inside pages together. I'm still working on some of the inside pages and I will post those when I am finished.

Zebra Album and Gift Bag

This album was another gift I made for one of my nieces. The album covers are made with chipboard or any type of heavy cardboard...even empty cereal boxes can be used. I cut my chipboard to size and covered it with cardstock. I secured the cover and inside pages together using my Bind-It-All and black O-rings. I used my Plantin School Book Cricut Cartridge to cut out the letter R in the zebra print paper and then used black cardstock for the shadowed R. On the inside of the album I made a money holder for the most 'important gift' because she's been saving for a new cell phone.
She loves graffiti so I did a search for graffiti fonts for the title on the outside cover of the album.
There are thousands of free fonts on the Internet that you can download to your computer.

Sweet 16 Photo Album

This is a Sweet 16 Album I made as birthday gift. I started out with chipboard that I covered with the striped paper, added the flower made from the Plantin Cricut Cartridge. I made several flowers in different sizes and attached them together with a brad and then used pop dots to attach the flower to the album. The word 'Sweet' was made using the New Arrival Cartridge. I left the inside pages blank so the birthday girl could add pictures and scrap it herself. I used my Bind-It-All to secure everything together and added ribbons.
