Tissue Box Cover and Coffin

I love making these tissue box covers!  The paper for this is in the Ghosts & Goblins paper pack from DCWV.  I also made the little coffin from a file from SVGcuts.com. I used my Martha Stewart score board to add the embossing on the coffin's lid.  It's just waiting to be filled with candy for Halloween night!

Happy Fall, Y'all!

Happy First Day of Fall!  I love this fall weather!  It really makes me want to do more Halloween crafting.  I started working on another tissue box and haunted house last night and hope to have pictures posted later this weekend.

I love the files at SVGcuts.com.  They really know what their customers want and everything is easy to put together and they are so reasonably priced.  I'm going to try out the coffin files that came with the haunted house...maybe make a little Halloween Tablescape.

Owl Gift Bag

I made this gift bag for a friend who has one of the cutest little nursery's I've seen.  I know this picture is out of order, but I'm still learning this blog thing and I haven't figured out how to move things around yet.

Halloween Door Hanger

These are great little 'Trick or Treat' gifts for the goblins that visit on Halloween. Each door hanger has a box to insert the treat.

Haunted House

Love my Haunted House! SVGcuts.com has so many files and I think I have to have them all. I love the way the colored tea lights (battery operated) show through the windows AND they even flicker!  The paper for this project is from DCWV.

Tissue Box Cover

I saw this idea for a tissue box cover on Splitcoast Stampers website and I knew I was going to have to make one for myself AND since Halloween is just around the corner, I had a theme. Easy, easy, easy!!  DCWV paper makes projects easy!

Explosion Photo Box

When you take the lid off this box, it explodes into a photo album. All the new mom has to do it had photos of her little guy and show them both off!

Wyatt's "Gift Bag"

Okay, so it's not a gift bag but it does the trick! I bought the tub from Walmart and used the Old West Cricut Cartridge to cut out the baby's name with white outdoor vinyl.  Pretty cute (and easy) gift bag.

Barnwood Frame

This is an idea I scraplifted from another blogger (can't remember where). It's all paper that I cut with my Cricut and SCAL using several different svg files. I love how it turned out! My husband made the frame for me with barnwood that he had in the yard.  As he was getting ready to pick up the wood, I saw him jump back and take off running and soon he came back with a shovel.  Of course, I had to go see what was going on and then he raised the shovel with a huge snake draped over it!  Yikes!!

New Sheriff in Town

Shower card for Baby Wyatt

Baby Wipe Container

Every baby needs their own personalized baby wipe container!

And here's the back side.

Don't Touch Me Onesie

With my SCAL's program, I can pretty much cut anything out with vinyl.

Baby Bib

Yep, I vinyled a bib!

Etched Wedding Glasses

To etch these glasses, I used contact paper to cut out the letters on my Cricut using the Storywook cartridge.  Using the negative piece of the contact paper, I attached each letter to a glass and then applied a thick layer of the etching cream. The directions say to let the etching cream set for about twenty minutes, but I let it set for about an hour.  Scrape the excess etching cream back into its container as this can be used again.  Then all you do is rinse the glass off and you're done.  Not as hard as I thought it was going to be.  I bought the etching cream (Armour Etch)  from Hobby Lobby with my 40% off coupon.

Snowman

I bought this cute snowman at a craft show and he looked a little lonely on the wall, so I cut out some snowflakes to add around him. Since this was only going to be up for a few weeks, I didn't want to waste my vinyl, so I bought a roll of white contact paper and it worked perfectly! I added snowflakes to my windows and doors, too.

Santa Block

These glass blocks are a great idea for gifts.  I purchased my block from Hobby Lobby (don't forget your 40% off coupon). The Santa face is a file from Kim on the SmartBuyGal forum. After weeding this file, I attached transfer tape and then applied it to the block.  I carefully removed the transfer tape and made sure the vinyl was flat with no air bubbles.  The bottom of the block has a hole to add the white lights and then I tied the green bow.

Seasonal Bottles

Nothing is safe from vinyl!!

Wedding Isle Runner

I was really nervous about this project but I'm happy with the way it turned out. What would I do without my Cricut and vinyl??

Wedding Glasses for the Kids

All the kids in my son and daughter-in-law's wedding had their own personalized (yes, vinyled) glass.

Mr. & Mrs...

This is a gift bag I decorated for my future daughter-in-law and it was packed! I used the the Storybook and Sweetheart Cricut Cartridges.

Together...

Easy vinyl project makes for a cute bridal shower gift.

Full Moon

I love working with vinyl! If you can think it, you can vinyl it!

Pink Owl in Miss Isla's Nursery

Love this pink owl in the new nursery. She's just sitting there on that branch waiting for Miss Isla to enter the world. The little glass night light on the right is also a vinyl project I did, but I forget to get a better picture.

Owl Gift Bags

These are the gift bags for the baby shower. I used the outdoor vinyl and an svg file. Love the pink and green together.

Special Deliver

This cute little stork and bundle of diapers was the centerpiece for baby shower for a special friend. The stork was made using the New Arrival Cricut Cartridge.  Love the combination of colors!

Baby Banner

Cute baby banner for a special little lady.  I used the Storybook cartridge for the letters and Plantin School Book cartridge for the circles.  Each letter was attached together with coordinating ribbon and tied to the gift table.
